This coffee machine is the authentic expresso, short black coffee maker.
Before all these fancy expensive machines came out this was the way to make coffee.
Some say there is no other way to bring out the flavour and aroma and still prefer this way of making coffee - just like the Italians in Italy.

How to make coffee:
|
|
1. Unscrew coffee maker from the middle
2. Take out filter and level coffee grounds in the container
3. Fill bottom resevoir with water up to the steam valve
4. Screw coffee machine back together
5. Place on stove and wait until it boils
|
|
Technique:
|
|
The technique is the water boils and rises through the grains filtering the coffee, with the end result of the coffee rising up to the top half of the machine.
|
|
This machine is inexpensive to use, easy to clean and most of all, the best way to make short black!
